Returns and Exchanges

The exchange period for products you have purchased is "7 DAYS" from the delivery date, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and sent with their accessories, if any. Requests exceeding this period will not be accepted, and the products will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient. To initiate exchange procedures, you must print out the form below, fill in all information completely, and send it to us along with the product. Your exchange request will be processed if the products you wish to exchange meet the conditions. We do not offer refunds.

Exchange requests sent to us will be checked and evaluated by our team within 1-3 business days after your package reaches us, and you will be notified via message about the initiation of the exchange process. For exchange procedures, the value of the products you sent to us will be credited to you as a shopping code via message. The same process applies to orders purchased with bank transfer/EFT payment methods.
